What are the inclusions in this price?

The inclusions are mentioned in your booking receipt and you can also view these on selecting a particular venue / facility.

What if my booking is rejected ?

We strive to ensure a high level of booking confirmations, but in the unforeseen event of your booking being rejected, we will help you find an alternative meeting venue from our SPs. In case you are not satisfied with any of the options we suggest, no payment will be charged to you. You can ensure this by not releasing the payment vide the link sent by our payment facilitator till such time as you receive our booking confirmation email.

How can I contact my venue ?

After you book, your confirmation page will provide you with contact information for your venue host. If you have any questions or need to discuss requested amenity needs like room setup or catering, you can use this information to contact the venue directly.

What if I need some specific arrangements for my meeting ?

You can mention your specific meeting arrangement requirements at the time of booking the venue with us. If you have forgotten to do so, please do drop us a line with your booking reference id at [email protected] and we along with our SP will try our best to accommodate your requirements.

What documents do I need to carry to my booking venue ?

You must carry a copy of our confirmation email as well as valid photo and signature ID proof. For more details please read our Usage Policy.

What if something is missing or not as expected when I arrive at the facility for my meeting / usage?

Our SPs will always try to provide you the best possible service and any lacunae can be pointed to them by you directly. We also request you to flag off any such instance to our team immediately on +91 75069 47510 And we will try and help you resolve the issue amicably.

I need to change or cancel my booking.

We understand - plans change! You can update or cancel your reservation in just a few clicks.

Start by logging into our Account and choose My Bookings from the menu. Select the appropriate booking and then click Modify or Cancel.

Remember: 48 hours notice is required on all cancellations or you will be charged. Please review our Usage Policy and the specific Service Providers’ cancellation policy if you have questions.

How will I get my refund?

Our payment facilitator will refund the amount payable to you to the same payment tool that was used for making the payment.

When will I get my refund ?

Refunds will be processed as per our Usage Policy and the specific Service Providers’ cancellation policy on the 7th of every month or the next working day in case 7th is a holiday / weekend, for the previous months’ cancellations.

I have a valid international credit card yet I am not able to book. What should I do?

Unfortunately, as of now our payment gateway does not support international credit cards. Please contact us on +9175069 47510 or [email protected] with your requirement and we will help you find a solution.

Do I get any rewards for booking often with you?

We love happy and repeat customers and so we certainly reward you for your loyalty. Please do read our Loyalty Rewards Policy for more details.

How do I register with

Click on the 'Register' link on the homepage of Enter your full name, Email id., contact number, password and click on 'Submit' and you are registered with us.

Is it necessary to register for booking venues?


Why am I being asked for my Mobile number?

Well, the simplest reason being that it is for the security of your transaction and also so that the booking confirmation can be sent to you via SMS. What's more, you also get the information on discounts and offers.

What are the benefits of registering on the site?

By registering, you get access to your booking history on the site. You can also opt to get information on special offers.

How many venues can I book in one transaction?

You are allowed book only for a single venue per transaction. However you could book a single venue for several days continuously in a single transaction. In case you wish to book more than one venue at a time, please feel free to contact us on [email protected] or call us on +91 75069 47510

Is there a telephone number where I can contact you and book my tickets?

While we encourage you to book through the site and remain in total control, you could contact us for multi-venue or itinerary bookings.

Is there a cut off time for booking?

The cut-off time for booking may vary from venue to venue as it is governed by the service providers.

How can I confirm whether my booking has been confirmed?

As soon as your booking is confirmed by the service provider, a confirmation e-mail and SMS containing your booking details is sent across to the contact details entered in your registered profile. This usually does not take more than 15 minutes. In case you have not received the confirmation e-mail/SMS, even an hour after booking, please contact us.

I am trying to make a booking, but something in the site is not working. What should I do?

What do I do if my booking is not completed?

We are sorry for this unlikely inconvenience. If your booking process fails during a payment process, we will notify you if any erroneous charges have been incurred and reverse any amount charged within 3 weeks.
