Thank you for choosing to book your meeting / workspaces with us at YOUR SELECTED SERVICE PROVIDER. Below are our policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our USER, by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by our policies and procedures.

Booking Confirmation

Any booking that you make with us is subject to venue availability and acceptance by us and the service provider. When you make your booking online and complete payment, we will send you a ‘Booking Received’ email to confirm that we have received your booking. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your booking details. You must inform us immediately if any details are incorrect. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that either we or the service provider will be able to accept your booking. Once we have sent you the ‘Booking Received’ email we will reconfirm availability.

If the booked venue is available, the service provider will accept the contract and confirm it to us. You will then receive a ‘Booking Confirmed’ email from us. This entire process usually takes about 15 minutes during working hours (9 am – 6 pm Mon-Fri). In case we have received your booking outside of our working hours, we will respond to you within 1 hour of the start of the next working day.

Booking Start Time

Booking start time will be as per the time slot blocked by you while making the booking on our website or mobile interface. If you arrive earlier then the service provider will have to ask you to wait till the actual booking time.

Identification

USERS will be required to present the booking confirmation mail along with a valid form of photo and address identification. The service provider may choose to make copies of this documentation. YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER will make every effort to honor special requests (such as additional chairs, SPECIFIC f&b requirement, housekeeping services etc.) upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. The service provider reserves all rights to refuse service to any users of the web / mobile interface who do not follow or comply with the service provider policies.

Booking And Time

Booking end time will be as per the time slot blocked by you while making the booking on our website or mobile interface.

  • If you require to extend the booking before reaching the venue, please contact us at least an hour in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Appropriate charges will apply.
  • If you require to extend the booking after reaching the venue, please contact the Service Provider before your booking end time, and they will do their best to accommodate your request. Appropriate charges will apply.
  • In case you extend the usage without prior information, the Service Provider and their team has all rights to interrupt your meeting and request you to move out or make alternative arrangements. Please understand that they will make all efforts to accommodate you, however, it might not be possible always as there might be bookings by other clients / users immediately preceding and following your meeting.

Excess Usage

In case you extend the usage post making the payment for a booking at a short notice, the service provider will ask you to certify the excess usage on the appropriate form and you will be obliged to do so.

Meetingsandoffices.com and its team will send you the payment link towards the same in an email and you will need to make the payment within 8 hours of receiving the said link.

Failure to do so will block your user ID with us and you will not be able to make any future bookings with us.

Interest

In the event of any delay in making payment, the User shall be liable to pay “default-interest” on the amount due at the rate of 2% per week.

Incidentals Payment

If you choose to utilise any incidentals like specific f&b, stationery, printing etc at the venue, then you will need to pay the Service Provider as per their preferred mode of payment at the time of consumption / usage or before leaving the venue, as guided by the service provider.

Pet Policies

All pets are prohibited on our associated venues. (a fine of INR 1000.00 will be applied to the bill if a pet is discovered).

Cancellation

It is to be understood that most Service Providers have distinct cancellation policies that will apply to any cancelled bookings made on them, in addition to the cancellation policy of meetingsandoffices.com

  • In case of a cancellation, any charges due from meetingsandoffices.com to any third party E.g. Service Provider or Payment facilitator will be deducted fully before calculating any refunds.
  • Any cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the date and time of usage will be refunded to the extent of 100% of amount remaining after third party payments.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or less in advance of the date and time of usage, but more than 24 hours in advance of the date and time of usage will be refunded to the extent of 50% of amount remaining after third party payments
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or less in advance of the date and time of usage will not receive any refund

Promotion Policy

If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through the service provider please follow all restrictions associated with each offer. Management reserves the right to change or cancel all promotions.

No Disturbance Policy

Meetingsandoffices.com and all our service partners enforces a NO DISTURBANCE POLICY to ensure we can protect the service provider’s venue and their other clients at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the user will forfeit all fees and must leave the venue immediately or be evicted.
